QUESTION I have had the EdgeRider wheels on my machine for about 20 quilts. When I went to MQX last weekend I realized that my machine is much harder to move than the same model at the show. We tried really hard to install them, but I can here a scrapping sound as it rolls down the track.
ANSWER Please take a look at the bottom of your cross carriage. The scraping sound and difficulty in movement is most likely coming from the end of the
bolt/screw holding the track right above the wheel on the carriage. That bolt needs to be filed down to avoid contact with the wheel.
